Which swim stroke is the best for working the butt?

Question by sjc: Which swim stroke is the best for working the butt?
Now I know things like squats and lunges are good for specifically targeting the butt area, but out of all the swim strokes, which one uses the butt muscles the most and gives the best workout for that area? Oh butterfly would not be an option because I cant swim it.

Breaststroke is powered more by the legs and butt muscles than any other stroke

    Well Butter fly would be the best. But next to that just doing the butterfly or breast kick would work.

    Breaststroke is the best stroke to work out your thigh and butt muscles. Different sets with a kick board and breaststroke sets will give you a very nice sculpted butt. Hope this helps
