Question by theo: Signs and symptoms I should watch out for?
I have a question about cancer. As many of you who read my question know I recently had a swollen lymph node that has been scaring me but since reading that lymph nodes that are cancerous usually swell to about the size if a golf ball and it doesn’t get smaller and since I found out today mine got smaller again I decided I really shouldn’t be afraid and let it play out. But I would like to be more vigilant about symptoms of cancer I could have. So what are some general symptoms that you could have cancer. I read that one of them is that you’re poop floats? Which is a sign of pancreatic cancer? The thing that gives me the most fear is sometimes you don’t have any symptoms of cancer until it spreads. Or that you have a tumor but it can’t be seen or felt. You’re just a walking time bomb. But I guess that’s the paranoia talking. But anyway I guess my question is what other symptoms should I watch out for that could be sure signs of cancer? Like floating poop for pancreatic cancer. Jut wanna be informed.

Dont wait, go get your lymphnode tested. If you do that, they may be able to remove it and save your life because they caught it early enough.
