My mother is on blood pressure medication and potassium. She has become very shaky and her voice is very very jittery… Is this a symptom of a stroke or heart attack?

It could be, but it’s not the usual symptoms.
Slurred speech and weakness in an extremity are the usual signs…

    No, I doubt its heart attack or stroke. Blood pressure medication can make you feel that way. Also, if she is on potassium, she might need to get those levels checked because they could be elevated.
