I have Adobe Illustrator CS3. How the heck do I change the stroke color?

Question by jayztttight: I have Adobe Illustrator CS3. How the heck do I change the stroke color?
I hope you can’t only do stroke in grayscale colors. I tried to find an option for it, but I couldn’t. Any help stepping me through if it’s possible is appreciated.

You can select the color BEFORE you do the stroke by clicking in the right of the two square blocks under the tool bar. This should open up, or bring forward the color pallette. Select the color you want, and any stroke from that point on will be that color, until you change it.

To change the color AFTER you have created it, the answer above mine explains it very well.
