make yourself more hydronamic, or be able to glide through water. wear a skinny swim suit that wont slow you down when you swim cup your hands so that when they collide with the water it wont splash…..the less splash the better….keep your feet together when kicking

    Okay.
    Practice.
    Practice your form.
Keep your feet behind you and kicking if not you will swerve.
Make up a beat like stroke 3 times then breathe. Repeat.
Wear a tight or one piece swim suit.
Wear a swim cap with all your hair tucked in.
    Hair can slow you down.

It depends if your a beginner or you`ve been swimming for a long time, for beginners, just kick harder, make sure your kicking properly, legs straight, and kicking on the surface of the water

    hope i helped!
