vigorously throw the bike to it’s side to gain access to the bottom. then scrub the areas that are most dirty with a wire brush until scratches are visible

dont listen to that other comment -_-
what you should do is ether drain the fuel, or what you can do is put a milk crate or something and lean it against that so it doesn’t lean the whole way, then spray it down with a hoes and use a cloth or rag to get all the grime from underneath it off. it is good to get all of it off els it will begin to rust. Hope that helps 😀

Do not lay it down unless the fuel level is roughly half of a tank or less to prevent a fuel spill.
Wash it when the engine is cool. Use engine degreaser if there is a heavy build up of oily gunk. If you must lay it on its side use a wooden block covered with several layers of cloth to support it and prevent damage.

WHO lays a bike down to wash it?
ANY bike, 2 or 4 stroke will leak gas laying on it’s side.
If you wish, lay it down and wash the underside, then pick it up, turn the petcock to Prime and let it sit a minute, petcock ON and start. AVOID spraying the airbox.
