Question by Portgas D Ace: Did Bill Hicks have a family history of pancreatic cancer?
He died from the disease while he was in his early 30’s…I’ve never heard of that type of cancer affecting someone so young. I know he smoked a lot, and drank too. He did a lot of psychedelics. I don’t know what else he may have dabbled into, but I know smoking and drinking certainly heightened his chances of getting it…but even still, it just seems so random. The only thing that would make sense of it is if his family had a history of the disease…did they?

I know a 30 year old that died from it who did not smoke and didn’t drink alot, so it is possible.
