Are there any dry land exercises that will improve your butterfly stroke?

my butterfly stroke is okay but I need a way to improve it when I am not at practice in the water. I would prefer an exercise that I can do without any weights.

get one of those band things (never know what they are called) attach it to a rail somewhere and step back until it’s tight do reps of 20 strokes once slow once fast. try to anchor your hands at the top of your stroke each time and keep it anchored the entire stroke. make sure that you don’t drop your elbows and finish every stroke.

this will help when you get back in the water cause your body will remember the work you did on land. it will be like using weights but if you don’t want to make your muscles work too hard get the green one or the grey one.

    HOPE THIS HELPS
